Salads are a meal prepared in a Bowl from up to five Fruits, Vegetables, or Cooked Meats.
Salads are one of the simplest meals to make, and just require a Bowl. First, hold the Bowl and press Right Click while holding Shift. This will open the salad screen.

Up to five ingredients can be added in the top slots. Bowls can be added in the left bottom slot. When you are done, the salad can be taken out from the right bottom slot.
